Homiee Watchlist — Commercial

Hire commercial agents on evidence, not reputation.

Homiee watches the commercial market every day. See who is really transacting in a precinct, who just changed agency, and who is on the way up — before the call you were going to make anyway.

The problem

Commercial recruiting runs on rumour.

You hear that someone moved three months after they did. You call agents whose real output you are guessing at, from a list that is mostly who you already know. Meanwhile the person worth hiring has been quietly doubling their volume in a precinct nobody was watching.

What we watch

A snapshot of the market, every single day.

Because we look every day, a move is something we watched happen and can put a date on — not something somebody told us. That one fact is what everything else here is built on.

What you can do

Four things that are hard to do any other way.

Screens below are the real product, shown with sample data.

01

Rank agents on what they actually did

Leaderboards by precinct and property type, built from listings won and time to transact. Not reputation, not self-reported numbers.

The agents leaderboard, ranking commercial agents across three Melbourne areas by listings leased, sold and days to lease.
02

Watch the people you care about

Shortlist agents and get told when they move agency, when they start trending up, and when they go quiet.

A recruiter watchlist of shortlisted commercial agents, each with a pipeline stage and priority.
03

See the whole journey

Every agency an agent has worked under, how long they stayed, and what they did there — so you know whether a move is a pattern.

An agent profile showing their quarterly output and the agencies they have worked under over time.
04

Watch the agencies, not just the agents

A weekly movement report showing which firms are gaining people and which are losing them, before it reaches the trade press.

The weekly movement report, listing agents who changed agency and which firms gained or lost people.

What we don't do

The limits are part of the product.

Anyone can put a number on a screen. These are the three places we decided not to.

We never rank on price

The commercial feeds hide price on most records. Ranking on a number that is missing more often than not would be inventing a league table, so every ranking here is volume and velocity.

Reconstructed history is labelled

A move we watched happen between two daily snapshots is marked observed and carries a date. A stint inferred from past deals is marked reconstructed. You always know which you are looking at.

Your watchlist is yours

Watchlists, notes and pipeline stages are private to your workspace. We never show an agent who is watching them, and we never show one agency what another is tracking.

How it works

Set up for your agency, not sold by the seat.

Watchlist Commercial is an enterprise product, so there is no signup button on this page and no price on it either. We agree what your agency needs, then set it up.

  1. 1

    We talk

How many recruiters, which markets, what you need to see. We agree the contract and the seats.

  2. 2

    Your admin claims the agency

They find your agency, verify with a code sent to the address we already hold, and set a password.

  3. 3

    They invite the team

By name and email, or from the agents we already link to your company — each with the recruiter or agent dashboard.

Questions

Before you ask.

Where does the data come from?

Publicly listed commercial real estate data, captured daily and organised into agents, agencies and markets. Nothing private, nothing scraped from behind a login.

How current is it?

We take a snapshot every day. That is what lets us date a move rather than repeat a rumour — we can see the day an agent appears under a different agency.

Can an agent see that we are watching them?

No. Watchlists, notes and stages are private to your workspace, and are never disclosed to the agent or to another agency.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set per company, because what agencies need varies with how many recruiters they run and which markets they cover. We agree it with you before anything is set up.

How do we get started?

Talk to us first. Once your company is set up, your admin claims the agency, invites the team by name and email, and assigns each person the recruiter or agent dashboard.

Talk to us

See it against your own market.

Tell us which precincts and property types you recruit in and we will walk you through the agents, movements and rankings we already hold for them. About thirty minutes.
