Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment gateway. When you provide payment details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe and handled in accordance with Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Stripe is certified to the PCI-DSS security standard. We receive limited information from Stripe (such as the card brand, last four digits and payment status) to manage your subscription, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure performance, understand how the Services are used, and support our marketing. This includes third-party analytics and advertising providers that may set cookies to help us measure traffic and campaign performance. These are used across our website and platform to improve the Services.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal, accounting and reporting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to de-identify or securely destroy it.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, or request its deletion. You can update most account details directly in your profile settings, or contact us for assistance. We will respond to requests within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information or a privacy request, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
9. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles and this policy.
